Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a leading investment bank based in Belfast.
What we're looking for:

- Senior manager experience a must
Duties:
- End-to-end project management of the outreach process for key regulatory and compliance initiatives across Markets
- Client facing role working closely with Front Office stakeholders to effectively engage high priority Clients and ensure regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining high levels of customer experience
- Deliver high quality irrespective of volume of outreach - ensuring processes/controls are followed and enhancing processes/controls as required
- Develop a strong understanding of client static data at the bank including sourcing/maintenance processes and control procedures
- Ability to use software and tools effectively to deliver outreach and manage client communications at scale
- Oversee client and internal mailbox and be key point of escalation for initial triage team
- Manage team of junior resources delivering BA activities
- Capable of understanding and summarizing regulatory rulesets and their applicability to Markets products (e.g. derivatives, business loans, structured notes etc.) working with key legal, compliance and business stakeholders
- Ensure the operational aspects of outreach are well maintained and controlled e.g. evidencing of outreach
- Effective management of milestones and timelines
Skills required:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of the financial markets, risk and controls, and a working knowledge of key regulatory initiatives impacting Markets
- Big 4 / consulting background preferred
- Strong business analysis i.e.: need to demonstrate how in their prior role(s) they are self-starting and self-directed, being able to take complex information, organize into structured and logical way and distil into high quality work products under tight timeframes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to confidently liaise across all key stakeholders and present at all levels of management
- Attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet the bank’s PMO and audit requirements
- Team player, ability to coach team members
- Solid project management and organizational skills e.g. planning, risk/issue management, delivery
