Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company operating in the IT sector in Northern Ireland. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager at our client, you will be a key player in delivering and implementing IT projects that align with our business needs. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex IT software and infrastructure projects across multiple work streams. You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

What is involved in the role?

• Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of IT software and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and motivate project team members to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Monitor financial information, and report on project financials.
• Effectively manage third-party suppliers to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Produce regular project status reports and project board reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including PRINCE2/PMP/Agile methodologies or equivalent.

What will you need to succeed?

• Proven experience in delivering IT software and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Ability to work on complex, multiple work streams or projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party suppliers effectively.
• Expertise in risk management and reporting.
• PRINCE2/PMP/Agile certification or equivalent.
