Job description

Rocklyn specialise in air-supported structures, fixed fabric buildings, and other bespoke shelter solutions across the UK and Ireland. Our team brings a unique blend of creativity, technical ability, and industry experience to deliver high-performance structures in sectors such as Industrial, Defence, Aviation/Port Authority & Sport.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of fabric structure projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams, as well as liaise with clients and stakeholders across a wide range of industries.

You will also be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage bespoke projects across the UK and Ireland
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and compliance reviews
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
  • Lead client meetings and ensure expectations are managed and met
  • Ensure health & safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of fabric or tensile structures is a significant advantage
  • Experience in sectors such as sport facilities, aviation infrastructure, industrial buildings, or defence projects
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Due to the nature of the role, a willingness to travel is required.
