Project Manager

Whytematter Staffing Solutions are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value security contracts across large-scale tech facilities around the world. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage global timelines and expectations.

The Ideal Candidate
You are a highly organised and confident project professional with a PRINCE2 qualification, capable of overseeing technical and operational projects at scale. You’ll bring a strong understanding of delivering contract-based work and thrive in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project management of global security contracts

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers

Manage budgets, resources, and reporting across multiple regions

Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations

Mitigate risk and adapt plans based on evolving project requirements

Monitor KPIs and project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality execution

Essential Requirements

PRINCE2 certification (Practitioner level or equivalent)

Proven experience managing large-scale or international projects

Strong understanding of contract and vendor management

Experience in security, facilities management, or tech infrastructure projects is a plus

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

Confident communicator with the ability to work across time zones

Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
