Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Ability to gain SC Clearance
- Civil/Construction Background
- Proficiency with tools like MS Project to build realistic timelines and allocate resources efficiently
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and handle financial reporting
- Ability in identifying potential issues early and creating mitigation plans
- Strong team management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Understanding construction laws, permits, and regulations
- Competent at problem solving & decision making
- Familiarity with modern construction tech like BIM (Building Information Modelling), drone surveying, or AI-powered analytics.
