Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a purpose-driven environment?

We’re partnering with a not-for-profit organisation that’s undergoing significant transformation and seeking a skilled Project Office Manager to help coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered, working closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment, clarity, and progress. From IT implementations and service design to capital projects, you’ll support delivery across the board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring progress across multiple organisational projects
  • Supporting senior managers to plan, track, and report on delivery
  • Establishing and promoting best practice in project governance
  • Building capability and consistency through tools, templates, and coaching
  • Championing a project mindset in a growing, mission-led team

What we’re looking for:

  • Project coordination or delivery experience across varied functions
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with project tools like Monday.com, Asana, or MS Project
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to get stuck in
