  • Monitor project progress against plans and budgets, addressing issues proactively.
  • Track costs versus plans using Microsoft Project and internal systems.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change logs effectively.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are properly documented and handed over.
  • Maintain project dashboards and prepare weekly reports for internal and client review.
  • Coordinate validation and verification activities, including testing and reviews.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Participate in resource management and capacity planning.
  • Contribute to refining project delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage subcontractors and procurement processes related to projects.

The Person:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager, with full lifecycle software implementation experience.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and large-scale projects (>750 man-days).
  • Experience managing teams of over 10 staff.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Professional certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner or APM are preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, VSTS, TFS, Scrum, and Kanban.
