As a Principal Systems Testing and Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in the integration of complex Platform Management System software and control systems. You will lead test activities, investigate and resolve system issues, engage with suppliers and stakeholders and support commissioning and acceptance events. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full system lifecycle on cutting-edge submarine programmes, providing technical leadership while ensuring the safe, high-quality delivery of critical engineering solutions.
By joining us in the team, you will develop and design software that integrates into the Platform for both Marine Systems and Control System functions which will require testing in a facility and necessary evidence produced to support safe delivery for test, commissioning and in service use. This role will provide the opportunity to be involved in the full Validation and Verification lifecycle with exposure to multiple test environments and events. This exciting role could lead to future opportunities within the team or wider BAE Systems Business.
