A bit about the job:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the safe delivery of change in Finance operational areas.
This role works in partnership with Finance Change SMEs and the Testing/PMO function to ensure that best practice controls are operated throughout the change delivery cycle and that the change agenda is delivered to time, budget, and expected quality standards.
Effective management of stakeholders (within F&IO and the wider Finance community and broader business areas) is vital, through regular steering committees, routine MI, or risk forums.
Alongside strong change management skills, this role requires an understanding of Finance Operational processes such as Banking and Payments, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Unit Pricing, and Investment Reporting.
