Job Title: Finance Change Manager

Introduction: This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Finance Transformation, change management, and controls.

Purpose of the Role: To ensure the safe and effective delivery of change initiatives within Finance operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Finance Change SMEs and the Testing/PMO teams to implement best practice controls throughout the change cycle.
2. Manage stakeholders across F&IO, the wider Finance community, and other business areas through steering committees, MI reports, and risk forums.
3. Understand and contribute to Finance Operational processes such as Banking and Payments, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Unit Pricing, and Investment Reporting.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven success in delivering Finance Operations projects/programs within set success criteria and timelines, with strong risk management.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively, maintaining clear cost and resource profiles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience in senior stakeholder reporting to support decision-making.

Location: Norwich and York, with a flexible working policy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience and skills.
