Role description:

You will work side-by-side with the EU Product Transformation Director and Leadership to drive the product and technology transformation of Digital Intelligence forward.You will support progress on key initiatives linked to the strategic program. Some examples: EDA modernization, adoption of the Arcadis Data Platform within Digital Intelligence and building out a global UX practice across Digital Intelligence.

The role sits within our global business area Digital Intelligence. We use digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create products and solutions in a holistic way. We empower our clients with agile, data-driven insights and technologies that complement our sustainable design, engineering and advisory expertise. We can confidently work in partnership to address global challenges from climate change and rapid urbanization, to increasing digitalization, socio-economic disruption and societal expectations head-on, all with the common goal of improving quality of life.

Role accountabilities:

The Product Transformation Project Management Officer acts as a reliable and trusted advisor to the Transformation Program Director and his wider leadership team and is expected to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, high pace and changeable environments, and at ease with managing stakeholders, understanding the needs of those around them and influencing outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of the Transformation Plan through tracking progress
• Developing presentations for senior leaders and the wider Digital Intelligence organization
• Supporting the planning and delivery of workshops
• Working with stakeholders and Program Leadership to influence outcomes, drive action and communicate plans
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

You are amultitasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills comfortable with and the complex nature of transformations. You are resilient and good at working collaboratively with all styles of team members. This is typically a role for a candidate with the long-term potential and ambition to grown into a senior leadership role with Arcadis.

In addition,you have thefollowing requirements and competencies:

• Experience with managing Digital projects
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• A resilient, positive and flexible approach to working in a global environment
• Experience working within our business and comfortable with what and how we deliver
• Project Management experience desired
• Willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the program
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks of high complexity
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quality relationships with an international network and key stakeholders across different levels
• Proactive and can work autonomously
• Accuracy and quality driven, with good attention to detail
• Strong ability to summarize difficult to understand concepts into easily understandable comms collateral
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
