In addition to this, you will have a natural aptitude in building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and possess excellent communication skills, including ability to present and influence at all levels and mediate / negotiate agreeable solutions. You'll be a personable colleague who is pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to exceptional customer care and service.
