Job Description

Job Title: PMO Administrator

Location: Osterley, London, UK

Employment Type: Contract | Hybrid

As a PMO Administrator in the Global Streaming Platform Technology Portfolio Operations, you will support the technology and delivery teams to be more efficient and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders, considering their influence and interests, and handle risk, opportunity, and issue management: identify and monitor risks, plan responses, and address issues affecting the change initiative.
  • Resource Management: Develop, implement, and update resource allocation plans for change initiatives, considering availability and scheduling.
  • Change Control: Establish protocols to modify the scope of change initiatives, implement protocols as needed, and update configuration documentation, including contracts, to maintain quality management processes.
  • Governance Arrangements: Establish and maintain governance structures with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities that align with organizational practices.
  • Schedule Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control: Oversee planning and financial aspects of projects.

Requirements

  • Experienced administrator or coordinator, highly organized, with a drive to bring order to project environments.
  • Ideally, some experience or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions is a plus.
