Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Glasgow City Centre, 3 days at home.

Contract Type: Day Rate Contract / Inside IR35

About The role:

Stellar Connect are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client's team. This is a contract role (2 days/week in our clients' Glasgow office, 3 days/week remote) and falls Inside IR35. For this role the company are looking for a dynamic individual, with a proactive can do attitude.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including RAID logs.
  • Track project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Note taking and minute taking

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a project-based environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira for task management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding and application of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
