  • Support effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and help drive project delivery excellence.

What you will bring:

  • The ability to analyse and interpret project data, transforming it into clear, actionable insights tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to adapt communication style and messaging to suit different audiences.
  • Experience in proactively identifying project issues or risks and proposing practical solutions to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Understanding of project governance frameworks, including SAFe methodology and RAID logs, with hands-on experience managing these artefacts.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting and documentation.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with project teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to maintain momentum and drive successful delivery.

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience setting up and managing a PMO function.
  • An active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
  • Skills in project planning and scheduling.
