Join us on this mission in our Programmes team as a Project Management Officer where you will support Project Managers and Work Package Managers in the maintenance and governance of their project schedules and with inputs relating to the inhouse project management system (PMS) used to coordinate projects across Martin-Baker. As a Project Management Officer, you’ll work with stakeholders to ensure project plans are accurate and consistent for the business to make informed decisions which will impact project deliver resource allocation and revenue recognition.
You’ll work with Project Managers relating to project planning activities and liaise with Work Package Managers to support with tracking project tasks, scheduling and project performance. Additionally, you’ll be involved with process improvement activities, training users relating to PMS tasks, develop training materials and get involved with new requirements and system upgrades.

Characteristics & Skills- Proven experience in project planning, project management and/or manufacturing.
- Keen to learn project planning skills and project management systems. Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Primavera and Planisware would be advantageous. Full training will be provided with the project management system (PMS) used at Martin-Baker.
- Be a team player, with the ability to work independently.
