Project Management Officer – Manufacturing Engineering

Type: Contract - Up until August 2026 (inside IR35)

Location: Broughton, UK (hybrid working options)

Belcan is looking for an experienced PMO to join a fast-paced manufacturing engineering environment in Broughton, UK. This role focuses on driving best practices in project management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert project management support, ensuring governance, structure, and tools are effectively applied.
  • Collaborate daily with project leaders to embed best practices and coach teams.
  • Tailor project methods and tools to suit specific activities and promote Agile ways of working.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, track performance, and support decision-making through clear reporting.
  • Lead risk and opportunity management, maintain registers, and coordinate with finance to align cost and progress.
  • Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and contribute to reviews and operational meetings.
