Une entreprise en transformation de marché recherche un Senior PMO pour un contrat de 5 mois à Belfast. Location: Belfast

Role: Senior PMO

Rate: £380/day (Umbrella)

Duration: 5 months with potential to extend

3 DAYS ON SITE, 2 FROM HOME PER WEEK.

Background:

Markets Transformation is working on the remediation related to the 2020 Consent Order. The PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by:

  • Provide project management assistance, including:
  • Tracking and organizing project documentation
  • Scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes
  • Assisting with submission of updates to meet reporting requirements
  • Coordinating project activities across stakeholders
  • Maintaining project plans, status reports, and RAID logs
  • Over time, contribute to more advanced project functions such as:
  • Identifying and resolving issues and risks
  • Tracking and managing project dependencies
  • Planning and facilitating working group meetings
  • Maintain and monitor testing and performance metrics:
  • Daily UAT test result reports
  • Key KPIs including execution and pass rates
  • Trade inventory bookings
  • Defect discovery rates
  • Progress burndown charts

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in PMO roles within banking, ideally investment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
