Job summary

Grid Solutions, a GE Renewable Energy business, is seeking a Project Management Associate to assist the Project Manager with warranty project coordination. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and apply project management principles to drive timely outcomes.

Key duties include coordinating activities, preparing reports, tracking progress, and maintaining contracts and filings, with an emphasis on KPI delivery and process discipline. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• HNC, Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• Experience coordinating multiple project activities with stakeholders is advantageous.
• Good understanding of project management principles and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities highlighted by the PM against projects.
• Prepare and deliver customer/internal reports on time.
• Monitor progress and report status with technical details.
• Interface with Sourcing, Procurement and suppliers.
• Support requisition process and liaise with Procurement/Engineering.
• Maintain project contracts, POs, variations and filing.
• Collaborate with Project Controls and Site teams to hit KPIs.
• Assist with bonds log and warranty project documentation.
