Your Entry Requirements

We seek candidates with integrity, resilience, energy, and a results-oriented mindset. You will also need:

  • A minimum 2:2 Degree, ideally in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Global mobility, with the first two roles post-training outside Leeds (relocation assistance provided).
  • The right to work in the UK.
