Job Description:

A PMO Project Coordinator will support projects under the direction of the PMO Manager. Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the PMO Manager in the development and maintenance of appropriate business management tools, methodologies, templates, documentation, and reporting for assigned projects.
• Support the PMO scheduling team in maintaining and delivering top-level and lower-level schedules, and Integrated Project Team (IPT) schedules as required.
• Consolidate and provide all necessary management data and reporting information to the Project Managers, Business Unit, and Customer.
• Provide project administration support to the PMO.
• Support the PMO Configuration and Data Management team.
• Assist the Project Risk Manager in implementing best practice Project Risk Management across the project.
• Maintain project library data using PM processes and tools, such as schedule, milestone, and cost data.
• Analyze project costs versus project forward load in conjunction with Finance.
• Track/manage resources on behalf of the PMO.
• Track Payment Milestones and collate Payment Milestone Achievement Certificates (MAC) evidence.
• Support the R&O manager in risk analysis tracking.
• Maintain logs for project Change, Issues, Dependencies, and Assumptions (RAIDO inputs).
• Track project key Interface Dependencies (KIDs).
• Capture and record project Lessons Learned in the Company Knowledge Management database (PMKL).
• Prepare reports for the customer and other stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis, including special focus reports as required.
• Attend monthly project reviews (MPRs) when required.
• Track program vacancies and fulfillment.
• Support the QA function in tracking and reporting the Review Item Discrepancy (RID) status of customer-delivered documents.
• Undertake specific assignments as requested by the PMO Manager.
