Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join a leading change and transformation consultancy in London. This role focuses on delivering complex programmes from initiation through completion, working with globally recognised brands and directly engaging with clients.

You will facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to achieve project objectives, while supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience in digital transformation and/or change management initiatives.
• Ability to analyse complex problems using a structured approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working across multiple projects, disciplines or industries; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from initiation through completion with a focus on client outcomes.
• Work directly with clients as a key member of the project team.

• Ability to analyse complex problems and apply a structured approach to solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working across multiple projects, disciplines, or industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications are advantageous.
