Position Title: Project Consultant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $2,400 – $3,000/month
Location: Singapore (with occasional overseas travel)

Job Overview:

As a Project Consultant at Finnex Management Consulting, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering value to clients through strategic consultation. You will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering tailored management solutions. This position requires proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new B2B clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and direct engagement.
• Conduct business consultations to identify client needs and recommend suitable management solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned and self-acquired client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal project consultants and data analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and update documentation using the company’s cloud-based systems.
• Set clear expectations with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Attend client meetings across Singapore.
• Willingness to travel overseas when necessary for business or project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic or institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and business development activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document systems.
