Are you a talented scientist with a passion for innovation? Join our liquid inks R&D team in Harlow and contribute to the development of new security ink technologies.In this role, you will be leading projects in the research and formulation of inks for high security print applications.

Prior experience of flexo, gravure, screen or inkjet ink development is preferred, although candidates with a background in related areas of formulation such as functional coatings and paints or polymer chemistry will also be considered. This position would suit someone with several years’ experience of leading formulation projects who is interested in moving into a diverse and interesting technical role.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with a laboratory-based team to formulate and develop new security inks for flexo, gravure and screen printing.This will involve planning and carrying out project work and experimentation.This may involve providing support, training and guidance for junior technical staff

What We Are Looking For:

· Proven experience in leading R&D projects

· Strong initiative and a focus on achieving technical goals.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good technical problem solving and practical skills

· A degree in chemistry, physics, or a related discipline, or experience in the development of liquid products.
