Mott Macdonald Bentley (MMB) is the design and build unit of global engineering consultancy Mott Macdonald. We are currently recruiting Engineers across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Process disciplines to work as Project Leaders to help support us in delivering work for some of the UK's largest water and sewerage companies.
As a Project Leader, you will: Lead the design of water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects; Coordinate the project team including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Process designers; Work as part of a "Project triangle" alongside a Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure that technical, constructability and commercial aspects of project delivery are considered throughout; Build positive relationships with the client project, operational and technical assurance teams and promote a "one-team" approach.
Requirements: ICE-accredited degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered or Incorporated member of the ICE or demonstratable progress made in attaining the ICE attributes; Outline and detailed design experience of water or wastewater projects; Knowledge of the Designer or Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
