Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Leader to join our client on a 12-month contract in Broughton.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing one of our client's major projects using robust Project Management governance.
  • Coordinate nominated MFT focal points to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Obtain approval of proposed strategy/footprint with senior stakeholders, ensuring all sustainability targets are met.
  • Define and maintain a top-level plan for rate enablement, coordinating all local work streams (Tooling, Facilities, Enablement, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage the Capital Investment required for the project.
  • Prepare and manage the Project Team costs.
  • Own the project budget and track Capital Investment in line with financial forecasts.
  • Integrate project risks and opportunities, including mitigation actions.
  • Chair and lead project review governance meetings with the project MFT, ensuring actions are captured and followed up.
  • Prepare and chair monthly steering group meetings with senior stakeholders, capturing and following up on actions.
  • Oversee overall project closure and document lessons learned.

Skill Set

  • You should be organized and structured, with the ability to work autonomously. An understanding of managing project costs is essential.
  • Project Management certification is preferred.
