Following appointment on multiple, exciting large scale hotel projects, Interior Design Studio Bell&Swift are recruiting.

We’re looking for an ambitious, talented individual to join us as Project Lead Interior Designer with the potential to progress to Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be an integral part of our team and contribute to our development and continued growth.
2. Lead projects from concept to completion with autonomy, delivering exceptional hospitality interiors.
3. Manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting our values and fostering creativity and collaboration.
4. Engage with clients, turning their visions into innovative designs that stand out.
5. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring every detail aligns with quality and authenticity.
6. Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Share our values of Ambition, Creativity, Team, Quality, and Authenticity.
2. Degree or equivalent in Interior Design.
3. 5+ years commercial interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors.
4. Proven leadership and project management experience.
5. Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
6. The ability to deliver a comprehensive technical drawing and specification package.
7. Clear communication within our team, and with our clients and partners.
8. A commitment to teamwork, quality, and authenticity.
9. Ambition to drive the growth of both projects and your career.
