Role Overview:

To support our continued growth, we have exciting new opportunities for a Project Lead Engineer to join our expanding team.

The Project Lead Engineer role is responsible for leading the Design, Development, and Verification of products throughout the project life cycle, using their expertise and experience to tailor the project life cycle and governance in response to the risks identified to deliver the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear technical leadership and direction to the project team.
• Provide engineering governance throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage technical risks and opportunities on a project, including mitigation and capture activities.
• Delivery of bids (in conjunction with the bid team) and writing technical proposals.
• Configuration control of the technical aspects of the product and project.
• Possess broad knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Manage customer expectations and prevent scope creep.
• Excellent technical presentation and document writing skills.
