Job summary

Blank Space Recruitment's client in London is seeking a Project Lead - Creative Events Production to steer large-scale events across prestigious venues. You will manage from proposal and pitch through on-site delivery, coordinating with creative, technical and scenic teams.

You will nurture venue partnerships, build strong client relationships and lead production delivery for conferences, galas and awards shows, delivering high-end experiences for a global audience.

Fantastic opportunity to lead creative large scale production events across a range of prestigious venues!

The company

Our client is a creative events production agency with a warehouse brimming with high spec kit and full scenic department who deliver some amazing live events across some well known London, UK and international venues. From large scale conferences, awards & gala dinners, fashion shows and parties they have a varied portfolio and work with prestigious venues across the city. Due to rapid expansion and a brilliant reputation they are now growing their project delivery team with a client facing Project Lead.

The role

This is a senior role reporting to the Head of Events, as Project Lead you will partner with a portfolio of venues and corporate clients to lead the larger and more complex projects from proposal and pitch to on-site execution and grow new business. Leaning into the internal teams including creative, technical, scenic and production this role will also build strong account relations to secure repeat business. Managing complex conferences, galas and awards shows will be a huge part of the role with the ability to lead the creative response and production delivery supported by an excellent team.

About you

We are looking for large scale experience ideally with a strong background in London venues and nurturing relationships with venue partners as well as line management of a team. With experience in 360 delivery of production heavy projects and live events you will be a an excellent communicator, enjoy being client facing and understand the importance of building account relationships. Experience in leading production of awards, gala dinners, creative conferences and high end parties across the London venues is key.
