Job summary

Spinwell is recruiting a Project Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. Senior Project Leaders act as the client representative and perform the informed client role on behalf of the Project Owner or Project Board, to pro-actively lead on the delivery of estate wide property, building refurbishment and conservation projects.

The role will involve leading and delivering a diverse and exciting range of projects typically ranging between 5m and 100m.

Qualifications

• Experience in listed buildings
• Infrastructure projects experience
• Services experience in building or estate contexts

Responsibilities

• Act as the client representative and lead on the delivery of estate wide property, building refurbishment and conservation projects, reporting to project boards and stakeholders.
• Support the Assistant Directors in developing programmes of work to manage client requirements within both Houses.

Contract Length: 11 months
Location: Hybrid/London - at least 2 days could be more depending on meetings.
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: 760 per day
Security Clearance: BPSS and CTC eligible requested

Key Responsibilities

Senior Project Leaders act as the client representative and perform the informed client role on behalf of the Project Owner or Project Board, as appropriate, to pro-actively lead on the delivery of estate wide property, building refurbishment and conservation projects. The role will involve leading and delivering a diverse and exciting range of projects typically ranging between 5m and 100m. The successful candidates will be required to meet the needs of internal departments in the two Houses and to report to all interested parties, including project boards, clients and stakeholders.

As well as running their own projects, Senior Project Leaders support the Assistant Directors in the development of programmes of work that manage the requirements of different clients within both Houses.

• Experience in listed buildings
• Infrastructure projects
• Services experience

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Heating and cooling network, high electrical infrastructure, fibre communication building/ Bore holes experience would be highly desirable.
