Direct and manage various strategic projects within the music education service Data Management: Supervise thorough data collection, analysis, and reporting systems Strategic Planning: Assist senior management with organizational planning and service enhancement Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with local, national, and international partners to implement music education programs Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure that all activities adhere to safeguarding requirements and regulatory standards Service Development: Contribute to the improvement of music education offerings and workforce development Grant Management: Support funding applications and compliance reporting for arts and education grants Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with schools, education providers, and music education partners
Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel throughout Cumbria and ideally be based in the area
Data Proficiency: Strong skills in data management and analysis, with experience in relevant software and tools.
