Job Description

The position holder will be part of the BELFOR reinstatement/restoration teams and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including the reinstatement elements. The role of the project lead is primarily site-based, with possible oversight of multiple sites. Responsibilities include on-site delivery of tasks that are part of claims solutions, completed within agreed timescales and aligned with sales and cost targets.

You will serve as the project lead for assigned jobs, acting as the key contact and communicator for all stakeholders. The Project Lead will demonstrate to customers how BELFOR's offerings meet their requirements by building confidence and persuading them that our services satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation.
