We are currently working with a leading social housing contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Lead to oversee the delivery of a flagship recladding and building safety scheme in Bristol.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to take the lead on a £20 million project involving the refurbishment and recladding of three residential tower blocks. The project is currently progressing through the Gateway 2 submission stage, making this an exciting time to join and help shape its successful delivery.

Reporting into the Senior Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the project, leading delivery with the support of experienced Contracts Managers already in place. This role offers excellent long-term career progression and the opportunity to develop into more senior positions as the business continues to grow.

The scheme includes:

• Strip and replacement of External Wall Insulation (EWI)
• Installation of new insulated flat roofing systems
• Replacement fire doors
• Installation of new windows
• Additional refurbishment and building safety works across the development

Working closely with operational, commercial and client teams, you will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Strong understanding of programme management, health & safety and project delivery.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
