Divisional Manager – Digital/ERP Transformation - Gleeson Recruitment Group

Role: Finance Project Lead - Transformation Programme
Location: Derby (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £80,000
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term

Key Projects You'd Lead:
️ Finance System Replacement - Overhauling the core finance system for better efficiency and reporting.
️ Billing Transformation - Implementing a new system to streamline payments and customer interaction.
️ Repairs Accounting Integration - Enhancing financial oversight of repairs & maintenance.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Finance Director with a dotted line into the Director of Transformation, ideal for someone with finance transformation, system migration, and stakeholder management experience.

What They're Looking For:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent) with finance transformation expertise.
Proven track record in finance system replacements, billing transformation, or payment modernisation.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive change in finance & IT teams.
