Job Description:

If you can effectively manage information, then you can control knowledge. Knowledge is power, and here at Laing O'Rourke, we draw on the “Power of Experience”. We need your knowledge in information management to align information flowing from our projects.

Using the latest in information management technology, you will be part of a diverse team across planning, data, digital engineering, and project delivery. You will utilise your skills in information management software to ensure security, correct access, and the collation of information. You will support Document Controllers with training that sets industry best practices. Additionally, you will assist our projects and document controllers with reporting, system maintenance, digital filing, and archiving to enable quick and reliable information access, sometimes at short notice.

What will you need for the role?

  • Experience in Document / Information Management Systems (e.g., Asite, Aconex, SharePoint) and setup?
  • Understanding of QMS (Quality Management Systems)?
  • Experience with the digital handover process?
