Implementation IT Project Manager
Berkshire-based | 1 day per month in-office | Remote-first

Salary £60,000-£65,000 DOE

We're partnering with a highly respected healthcare data provider, looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is not your typical Project Manager role - we're after someone who can juggle multiple projects, manage complex stakeholders, and also bring a practical understanding of Information Governance, GDPR, and light-touch server security.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate registry implementations, migrations, and change management.
• Develop project documentation, maintain schedules, and manage variation controls.
• Act as the point of contact for clients (mostly medical professionals), ensuring a smooth and structured rollout experience.

Operational Support:

• Ensure the smooth running of registry and server environments, monitoring backups, data uploads, and portal functionality.
• Deliver hands-on support across both registry project lifecycles and internal operational processes.

Information Governance:

• Represent the team in internal groups and liaise directly with the DPO.
• Guide customers through GDPR obligations and provide support with documentation and templates.
• Support ISO27001 implementation and DSP Toolkit submissions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hybrid IT/Operations PM experience - hands-on across both project delivery and business ops
• Proven track record managing multiple projects at once
• Experience delivering IT implementations and migrations
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of Information Governance, GDPR, and ideally ISO27001
