NRL are looking for a Project HSE Manager to join one of our clients in a permanent position, a leading global engineering and construction organisation based in Kingston upon Thames.

Are you ready to lead safety excellence across high-impact projects?

As the Project HSE Manager you will be taking charge of Health, Safety & Environmental strategy and execution across current and future projects. You will lead a dedicated Project HSE Team, ensuring the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust safety management systems throughout the lifecycle of our projects.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing a high-performing HSE team
  • Managing HSE contract administration
  • Applying IOGP and IMCA standards effectively
  • Overseeing subcontractor evaluation and management
  • Developing and maintaining key project HSE deliverables
  • Leading risk management processes & facilitating HSE readiness reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Planning and conducting internal HSE audits
  • Leading incident investigations and reporting
Education & Qualifications:
  • Degree level qualification as well as HSE Qualification
  • NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
  • Auditor and investigation certifications
  • Chartered Member of IOSH (preferred)
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years working with an IMCA contractor
  • Minimum 3 years in Project HSE Management
