National Highways is seeking a Project Finance Manager for the Lower Thames Crossing. The role is based at the Thurrock LTC site offices in Grays, UK, with regional travel expected.

You will provide financial support, governance, and challenge to the LTC leadership team, ensuring strong financial controls and statutory reporting standards are met. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in finance, governance and commercial work.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex data.
• Experience in project management or leading change initiatives is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate financial support, analysis and governance for programme leadership.
• Communicate budgets and forecast outcomes to senior leaders and track performance.
• Lead adoption of new finance processes and ensure budget holders have actionable insight.
• Support annual business planning and long-term financial planning across regions.
• Ensure costing systems align with core finance platforms and maintain reporting consistency.
• Review balance sheets, cash flow forecasts and financial provisions in line with standards.
