Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Project Finance Manager to join the Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) team. You will provide financial insight, governance, and challenge to the LTC leadership and ensure accounts comply with Government standards.

The role is based at the Thurrock LTC site with potential travel to regional offices across the South East. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, driving performance and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with governance, commercial experience.
• Experience in project management and delivering change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial support and analysis to Programme leadership.
• Support budgeting, planning and forecasting to drive performance.
• Ensure financial results are communicated clearly to budget holders.
• Lead rollout of new finance processes and improve information for budgets.
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasts.
