Project Manager, Advertising/Marketing industry, London, Hybrid

Hybrid working - based in London offices Tues-Thurs

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join one of the world’s most influential professional institutes for the advertising, marketing and communications industries as a Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally while independently managing projects from conception through to execution.

The position is suited to someone working in an advertising agency looking to do something a little different.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Manage and execute projects across various teams including web, PR, comms, events, PD, and insight.
  • Deliver activities within budget, monitor spend, and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, issues, and best practices.
  • Attend and represent the company at external events, conferences, and other relevant functions.

  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
