If you are mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and enjoy the construction space (with the resources and backing of a strong brand), apply today.

Why the Team Needs You?

We help families put their lives back together after suffering catastrophic losses. This role offers an incredibly fulfilling career where you can make a real impact. We emphasize our team culture and aim to create a dynamic environment where you can excel, maintain a healthy work/life balance, and have some fun along the way.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with restoration and construction industry experience, a positive, adaptable, can-do attitude, and the drive to help build a market-leading restoration team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, locally owned business while playing a critical role in building something special from the ground up. If this sounds like you, we look forward to connecting!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners to conduct on-site inspections and scope, and provide quick turnaround estimates.
  • Convert estimates into secured jobs through effective operational and sales skills.
  • Build relationships with key customers and seek partnerships to improve vendor and tradesman performance.
  • Manage project resources and budgets, including subcontractors.
  • Utilize centralized quality control and estimating resources to support efforts.
  • Meet all service standards set by the client or company.
  • Estimate losses using third-party software (e.g., Xactimate or Symbility) and train on such software as needed.
  • Work closely with insured and interested parties to obtain agreements and close opportunities.
  • Ensure each project meets minimum gross profit margins as per company standards.
  • Document and communicate change orders and insurance supplements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and TPAs.
  • Serve as the first contact for homeowners during on-call rotations.
  • Follow up within 24 hours to close the loop on inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Why Join the Team?

We are industry leaders in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties across the U.S. and Canada. Our principles of customer service, decision-making, and leadership support our rapid growth. Our estimators/RPMs are on the front lines of community restoration, leading projects to completion on budget and to industry standards. After training, you will have autonomy over your schedule and opportunities for ongoing learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Strong base salary plus commission potential (earnings from $60,000 to $80,000+ with upside)
  • Leadership development programs and industry events
  • One-on-one mentorship
  • Three months of structured training on company processes
  • Regular training opportunities
  • Cell phone and computer provided
