Job summary
Anglian Water is seeking an IOS Project Engineer to lead engineering and technical assurance across the project lifecycle in Peterborough, Lincoln and Northampton areas. You will ensure projects are developed, designed, constructed and commissioned in line with NEC contracts and governance standards.
Working with the Project Manager and delivery teams, you will manage risk, assure compliance, and build strong relationships with contractors, designers, and operations teams to deliver value to
Qualifications
- Scope technical solutions that meet operational and business needs.
- Challenge data, assumptions, and drivers to identify the best value solution.
- Lead Delivery Assurance meetings across the project lifecycle.
- Review project outputs to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, designers, operational teams, and stakeholders.
- Undertake site assurance activities during construction and commissioning.
- Provide engineering expertise throughout delivery and own technical issues through to resolution.
- Knowledge of H&S legislation and CDM Regulation.
- Water Industry Experience
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- Full UK Driving Licence
