Summary:

The Project Engineer oversees project delivery, ensuring site works are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, liaising with the supply chain, and supporting the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Review contract documents, coordinate with stakeholders, assist in scheduling, report on project status, and communicate with clients.
• Project Management Support: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, monitor contract variations, prepare reports, manage budgets, supervise subcontractors, and oversee site mobilization and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in engineering or project management within construction or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• CSR Gold Card and First Aid certification.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes is a plus.
• Teamwork and CAD experience are advantageous.

Travel & Flexibility:

• Travel within Northern Ireland for site visits, occasional overnight stays, and a mix of office and on-site work. Accommodations can be made for disabilities.
