Job summary

Frontline Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to take technical ownership of electronic security installations—from mobilisation to commissioning and handover. You will coordinate site engineers and subcontractors, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Based around Guilford, Farnborough, Reading, you will travel to customer sites, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers while upholding RAMS

Qualifications

• Experience in installation and commissioning of electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, or Integrated Security).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating engineers/subcontractors on site.
• SC clearance or willingness to be screened.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of security projects from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation and commissioning by engineers and subcontractors.
• Review designs, specs, and scopes of work; resolve technical queries with designers/clients.
• Ensure works meet installation standards, manufacturer requirements and industry codes.
• Produce and maintain installation records, test sheets and as-built drawings.
• Maintain RAMS and promote safe working practices on site.
