We are a Surrey-based leading designer and manufacturer of specialist safety equipment for hazardous area electrical equipment serving a global client base across various industries. We are seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to join our in-house Engineering Team.

We are a Surrey-based company specializing in designing and manufacturing safety equipment for hazardous areas, serving clients worldwide. We are expanding our core product ranges, integrating technological developments, adapting to evolving regulatory environments, and developing bespoke solutions.

We are looking for an experienced NPI Project Manager with a background in technical project management within a product engineering and manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects from concept to installation, including specification, quotation, design, build, testing, certification, and installation.

We invite applications from candidates with the following attributes:

• Previous project management experience in an engineering environment with strong technical skills.
• Experience leading product development from concept to mass production using formal processes (e.g., Stage/Gate).
• Financial and commercial understanding for developing business cases for NPI projects.
• Knowledge of costs, pricing, volumes, development costs, payback, and ROI.
• Proven project management and customer relationship skills, with the ability to meet stage gates on time and within budget.
