£30,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid Work after Probation + Tailored Progression plan + Enhanced Maternity/Paternity Pay + 33 Days Holiday (Increases with Service)

Location: Swadlincote, Burton-on-Trent

Are you a Project Engineer / Coordinator or similar from a Construction or Architectural background, ready to step into a dynamic Senior Project Engineering position that offers a clear path to Project Management?

As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various Construction projects to ensure smooth delivery. You will collaborate closely with Structural Engineers and Architects to ensure the accurate execution of project plans across the UK, Ireland, and North America.

This role is ideal for a Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career or a CAD / Architectural technician looking to step into a more diverse and commercially focused Management role.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring top-notch client relationship management and technical execution.
2. Manage detailed documentation, inventory, logistics, and cost forecasting.
3. Provide high-level technical support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

1. Understanding of CAD drawings (Floor Plans / Construction).
2. Strong communication skills, adept at collaboration across diverse teams.
3. Background / Interest in Construction and Architecture.
