Job summary

M Group is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee cell site installations and upgrades across our mobile network in the UK. You will ensure compliance with technical standards and manage design reviews and client communications.

You will drive technical back-office support, keep project workflows on track, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance delivery performance.

Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

As a Project Engineer, you'll be accountable for ensuring that all cell site installations and upgrades across our client's mobile network are delivered to the required technical standards. You will ensure that all equipment and materials used are in line with approved standards and specifications, and meet the design requirements.Youll undertake technical reviews of upgrade plans before build, checking designs, risks, and specifications to ensure each site upgrade plan is fit for purpose. Youll deliver technical back-office support, keeping project workflows on track and ensuring high engineering standards throughout, and manage the client relationship in relation to technical issues.As for all team members, you will beexpected to identifyopportunities for continuous improvement and helping us enhance our operational delivery performance.

What they'll bring?

Proven technical experience in Project Engineering role in Telco sector.Good understanding of Health and Safety considerations within the mobile telecom industry.Experience and understanding of in electrical standards and best practice would be a strong advantage.
