Job summary

CIA Fire & Security, part of The Ranger Group, is seeking a Project Engineer to drive fire & security projects from design through handover in Cirencester. You will own technical delivery, lead installation teams, produce drawings and RAMS, and ensure NSI Gold/BAFE compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Project Engineer or Senior Installation Engineer role.
• Strong commissioning and fault-finding experience within Fire & Security.
• Experience reading and producing technical drawings and schedules.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• ECS/CSCS card.
• FIA Units, SSSTS, IPAF and PASMA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

CIA Fire & Security has been protecting people, property and businesses since 1982. As part of The Ranger Group, we are growing and looking for an ambitious Project Engineer to take ownership of exciting Fire & Security projects from design through to handover.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the technical delivery of projects from pre-start through to handover.

Systems You Will Work With

• Fire Alarms: Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, Hochiki.
• Security: Texecom, Paxton, Hanwha, Dahua.
• Networking: IP Addressing, PoE, VLAN fundamentals and device commissioning.

What We Are Looking For
