Job Requirements:

  • Engineering degree – preferably Electrical or Mechanical
  • Experience in a design/project engineering role
  • Experience in project progress reporting, presentations, and scientific surveys
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, treatment, and design rules
  • Involvement in RFQs and creation of technical documentation
  • Knowledge of aerospace codes & requirements (beneficial)
  • Understanding of aerospace and interconnect product design (beneficial)
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Catia)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead/support engineering development projects aligned with company strategy
  • Manage New Product Introduction processes
  • Define and respond to customer requirements
  • Design technical proposals and dossiers
  • Report KPIs to engineering management

Key Duties:

  • Define project objectives with managers
  • Create and manage work packages
  • Support project reporting
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor project plans
  • Incorporate lessons learned for process improvement
  • Identify and manage risks
