Job summary

A leading company in the Healthcare sector is seeking a project manager responsible for overseeing clinical projects across the UK. Qualifications

Job Description:

The role is responsible for managing and overseeing Clinical projects across the company's diverse portfolio within the Healthcare sector across the UK.

We are looking for a team player with good communication skills who will assist in working with clients on project delivery.

Experience within a sales background is preferable; however, consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and experience in managing electrical failures and problem solving.

This role is remote with travel within a commutable radius to client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the UK Sales Team with technical advice and information by email, telephone, or in person if a site visit is required.
  2. Regular communication with both the internal and external sales team to ensure all technical aspects are captured across all schemes.
  3. Attending site meetings as required, during and post project completion.
  4. Producing and approving technical drawings with customers in line with the technical specifications and to the smooth running of projects.
  5. Constant technical communication with all parties in the supply chain to ensure the projects are completed to a high standard.
  6. Evaluating, organising, and prioritising work within the project schedule.
  7. Understanding of the company CRM system is essential.
  8. Using the company CRM system to deliver projects to high standards.
  9. Ability to walk customer sites and compile site-specific RAMS.
  10. Ensuring all O&M’s are sent, clients’ training is completed, and all systems (CRM & Drives) are up to date.
  11. Ensuring all invoicing is complete.
  12. Accountability for projects to be completed on time and within budget.
  13. Final reviews with customers on performance, 360 review, and feedback to Line manager.
Experience/Qualifications
  1. Mechanical Engineering qualifications with Project management experience or
  2. Project management qualifications with Mechanical experience.
  3. Experience of using AutoCAD drawing packages.
  4. Good understanding of Microsoft software.
  5. Knowledge of medical clinical equipment would be advantageous.
  6. Experience in using CRMs (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageous.
