Job Description:
The role is responsible for managing and overseeing Clinical projects across the company's diverse portfolio within the Healthcare sector across the UK.
We are looking for a team player with good communication skills who will assist in working with clients on project delivery.
Experience within a sales background is preferable; however, consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and experience in managing electrical failures and problem solving.
This role is remote with travel within a commutable radius to client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the UK Sales Team with technical advice and information by email, telephone, or in person if a site visit is required.
- Regular communication with both the internal and external sales team to ensure all technical aspects are captured across all schemes.
- Attending site meetings as required, during and post project completion.
- Producing and approving technical drawings with customers in line with the technical specifications and to the smooth running of projects.
- Constant technical communication with all parties in the supply chain to ensure the projects are completed to a high standard.
- Evaluating, organising, and prioritising work within the project schedule.
- Understanding of the company CRM system is essential.
- Using the company CRM system to deliver projects to high standards.
- Ability to walk customer sites and compile site-specific RAMS.
- Ensuring all O&M’s are sent, clients’ training is completed, and all systems (CRM & Drives) are up to date.
- Ensuring all invoicing is complete.
- Accountability for projects to be completed on time and within budget.
- Final reviews with customers on performance, 360 review, and feedback to Line manager.
Experience/Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering qualifications with Project management experience or
- Project management qualifications with Mechanical experience.
- Experience of using AutoCAD drawing packages.
- Good understanding of Microsoft software.
- Knowledge of medical clinical equipment would be advantageous.
- Experience in using CRMs (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageous.
